If, by any chance, you accidentally order the wrong Oil-Seals, our return process ensures a hassle-free experience. You have a 14-day window, starting from the delivery date, to notify us via email if a return is necessary. After this initial period, you are given an additional 14 days to provide a track and trace code for the return shipment. To facilitate a smooth return process, it is crucial that the Oil-Seals are returned in their original packaging and exhibit no signs of use. If the Oil-Seals are not returned in their original packaging or do have signs of use it can be that we only refund 75% of the total order value.
 
It is important to note that custom-made Oil-Seals and those produced according to specific customer orders cannot be returned due to their unique specifications. The same applies to Oil-Seals listed on the order confirmation and specified to be shipped within 5 to 7 days.

The responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer. If booking a return shipment becomes challenging, we offer the convenience of handling it for you at an additional cost, ensuring a seamless and efficient return process.

To ensure that your return is processed as well and quickly as possible, we ask you to complete a copy of our return form and then add it to the return shipment. In this return form you can enter your order number, item numbers of the returned products, and the reason for the return.
We need this information to process your return shipment as best as possible.
